The book does a good job describing the symptoms and treatments for the disease. The book is small enough to fit into your pack or even pocket easily. I plan to keep mine with my first aid supplies. If you are going on up to the mountains, this book may be of some value to you since you or those around you could be subject to altitude sickness.
